During the training, the consultant will walk you through various features of KeyTrak using an actual system, allowing you to follow along. You’ll learn about new features and get tips on setting it up to work for your unique needs.

How should you prepare for your session?

To get the most out of your training, there are few things you can do to prepare:

• List the tasks that take you the longest and that you perform most often. We can help you figure out the most efficient way to access your most-used features and reports.
• Write out all your questions about the system’s functionality. We’ll introduce you to features you might not have known about, helping you unlock your system’s full potential.
• Decide who should participate in the training. The classes are targeted to system administrators, but we encourage any staff or management to sit in too.
